An air compressor, charged before performance and then turned off, offers a more interesting and controllable compressed air sound source.

Flats Cans of Air

Two varying size cans of compressed air played together will create a suitable compressed air sound.

Stage right and left Tom-Toms should be of lower, rather than of higher pitch.  Suggested right and left Tom-Tom positions.
